Weddings

Memorial Woodlands offers its wedding venue, reception rooms and immediate landscaped grounds (see photos below) to couples who wish to be married in a peaceful environment.

To ensure couples have the time, space and privacy, Memorial Woodlands holds only one wedding a day. The civil service takes place on either the ground floor or first floor of the reception rooms, with a personal ceremony from any faith being able to take place in the wedding room.

The nature of the site and its ambience makes it a perfect venue for a civil wedding service, additional personal service, wedding photos and morning or afternoon receptions. In line with

these qualities we do not think it appropriate to support the wedding evening party on site and this will need to take place at a different venue.
